Content & Localization: Led the localization of PARC-approved materials, collaborating with translation agencies to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Digital Asset Management: Maintained the digital marketing library, ensuring accurate content management, user training and compliance.
Customer Insights & Analysis: Organized annual customer satisfaction surveys in collaboration with external agencies, providing key insights for business decisions.
