Skills: fashion and design storytelling, trends and brands awareness, training, retail management

As an admirer of Miuccia Prada, my time working with the brand was an extraordinary experience. Throughout my role, I had the pleasure of conveying the brand's values, innovative processes, and narratives to both the team and clients. I heightened awareness on the historical references embedded in Prada's body of work and emphasised her distinctive method of crafting a winning combination of seemingly contradictory elements.

  • My role was defined by planning, creating and facilitating training sessions and materials on product knowledge, selling ceremony, brand universe and KPIs,
to enhance team proficiency across all product categories.

  • Training sessions were guided by storytelling, emphasising the Prada brand philosophy and product narratives. My approach aimed to prepare the sales team to be able to immerse clients in the brand experience, contributing to a more profound connection.

  • In my role as Ladies Ready to Wear coordinator, a crucial aspect was reporting on sales and collection performance. I’ve actively collaborated with visual merchandising, buying and sales managers to ensure an up to date and excellently displayed product selection in the store.

  • Additionally, a continuous pursuit of design knowledge furthered my
understanding of the industry covering trends, brands and communication of brand values.
